3. Web analytics (consent required)

Google Analytics 4 is loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, which shows the cookie consent banner on your first visit and loads the tool only if you agree - if you decline, it stays completely disabled. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure how visitors use this website (which pages are viewed, for how long, and roughly from where and on which device); see Google's privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page, which reopens exactly this consent prompt.

4. Strictly necessary technical data

The contact form on this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may use technical, non-tracking signals for this purpose, but does not require a cookie banner under applicable guidance since it serves a function strictly necessary to the service you requested (submitting the form) rather than tracking or profiling. 5. The PatentFlow software

This policy covers this website only. PatentFlow itself runs on the servers of the respective law firm or company and is operated by them. The web app and the disclosure form set no cookies for analytics or advertising; they only keep technically necessary data in the browser (the sign-in session, the chosen language, an unsent form draft). The operator of the respective installation is responsible for that processing.
