Watches
Watches search the EPO database with the firm's EPO access data: by applicant, IPC class, keyword and country, or with an own query. They run daily; the creator is informed about new hits by mail. For granted European and German patents the opposition period is computed.
Claim charts
A claim - from a draft or pasted, for example from a third-party patent - is split into features M1, M2 and so on. Documents and products are compared feature by feature; the AI pre-fills a column from the most relevant passages and marks its cells until an attorney confirms them.
Proceedings
Each file can hold proceedings with forum, case number, role, counterparty and value, deadlines with the usual periods as a starting point, and numbered exhibits with their files.
